Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Local Shipping (Within Nigeria): Standard Shipping: Free for orders over ₦10,000; ₦1,000 for orders under ₦10,000. Expected delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional ₦2,000. Expected delivery within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping: 

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. 
  • Delivery times typically range from 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@afrikamombraids.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damage for us to assist with a resolution.
  • Lost Items: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on how to return or exchange items. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
